Peter Graham & Associates LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership. The Partners are Peter Graham, Teresa Tait and Teresa Leith.

Peter Graham & Associates was established by Peter Graham and Teresa Tait in 2007 and became an LLP in 2012. We are based in Moray and offer a wide range of Rural Land Management and Professional services throughout the Highlands and the North East of Scotland. Our desire is to provide high quality, professional and personalised services to individual clients.

Peter Graham and Teresa Tait are Chartered Surveyors each with over 30 years experience. Ed Dunbar is a Chartered Surveyor who joined the firm in November 2012. Fiona MacLeod joined the firm in January 2018 as a graduate and successfully passed her APC to become a Chartered Surveyor in May 2020.  Catriona Walker joined the team in May 2024. All of our Chartered Surveyors are also Registered Valuers under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme.

On 1st August 2013 Peter Graham and Associates opened an office at Avoch in Ross-shire which is managed Lizzie Campbell.

Emma Fletcher joined the firm as a Property Manager in April 2023.

Teresa, Ed, Fiona, Lizzie and Emma have all gained their Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) in order to enable us to act as registered Letting Agents.

Teresa Leith joined the firm with an HND in Accountancy to provide book keeping for our management clients and other local small businesses. Teresa is assisted by Julie Hill, Ashleigh Leith and Kate Shepheard. Sarah Anderson manages the offices and ably assists all staff.

Appointed resident subagent for Bidwells on the Eagle Star Rothes Estate before opening the Inverness office of Bidwells in 1992. Involved in the day to day and strategic planning of private and institutionally owned land. Peter Graham formed Peter Graham and Associates in 2007.

From Aberdeen University Teresa trained with Finlayson Hughes in Aberfeldy and then Smiths Gore in Fochabers 1989-1995 where she was involved in the day to day and strategic planning of private and institutionally owned land. Property Manager for Moray Badenoch and Strathspey Enterprise Company 1995-1996. Teresa joined Bidwells in Inverness in January 2006. In September 2007 Teresa became an Associate of Peter Graham and Associates and in April 2012 became member of Peter Graham and Associates LLP. Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1991. Teresa has also gained the Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) as required to act as a Letting Agent RICS Registered Valuer.

Teresa joined the firm when it formed in 2007 with an HND in accountancy to set up & provide the finance function for the business, becoming a partner in 2012. Managing in-house budgeting, analysis & financial reporting and leading the team responsible for payroll, VAT and HMRC processes. Teresa also provides our clients with a comprehensive range of book-keeping services. Away from the office she enjoys off road cycling, dog walking and spending time with family & friends.

Ed joined Peter Graham & Associates LLP in 2012 following 5 years working with Davidson & Robertson Rural in the Central Belt. He qualified as Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2009 and is a Registered Valuer on the Valuers Registration Scheme (VRS) and has also gained the Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) as required to act as a Letting Agent. Ed was also selected to participate in the Scottish Enterprise Rural Leadership Programme in 2012/13. He also participated in the HIE Strategic Leaders Programme in 2021/22. Ed is involved in a wide variety of work for both managed Estates and private clients. This work has included property valuation, rural estate agency marketing and selling, and compensation claims work for flood and major road infrastructure projects. Ed also manages and runs his family Estate at Duffus which includes a holiday letting and hospitality business. In addition, Ed also sits on the board for two local charities – Earthtime for All and Outfit Moray. In his spare time, he tries to keep fit running and cycling.

Following completion of the Masters in Land Economy at the University of Aberdeen, Fiona joined Peter Graham & Associates in 2018 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and is a Registered Valuer on the Valuation Registration Scheme (VRS). She also gained her PropertyMark level 6 residential qualification in 2018. Fiona is our team lead on Natural Capital projects as well as management of the natural environment, improvement of biodiversity and carbon off-setting. Local to the area and with a keen interest in the outdoors, she spends her spare time cycling, kayaking and open water swimming in the Moray countryside.

Catriona Walker

BSc (Hons) MSc PgDip MRICS Senior Rural Surveyor

8 years Based in: Aberdeenshire/Moray

Catriona is a Senior Surveyor at Peter Graham & Associates LLP, having joined the firm in 2024. Based in Aberdeenshire, she brings a wealth of estate management experience gained over seven years at Dunecht Estates, where she was part of the Senior Management Team. She holds an honours degree in Zoology from the University of Glasgow (2014), a Master of Science in Ecology and Environmental Sustainability from the University of Aberdeen (2015) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Estate and Land Management from Harper Adams (2018). In 2020, she qualified as a Chartered Rural Surveyor. In addition to her land-based and surveying qualifications, Catriona is a SafeAgent accredited Letting Agent and is working towards becoming a RICS Registered Valuer. She has a strong background in estate, field sports, and people management. Outside of work, Catriona enjoys the rural life in Aberdeenshire, particularly exploring the countryside with her dogs.

Lizzie has an extensive understanding of agriculture and wider rural issues.   She joined Peter Graham and Associates LLP in 2016 having worked as an Scottish Government Rural Payments and Inspections Directorate Agricultural Officer in Inverness for 3 years. Lizzie graduated from University of Edinburgh with honours degree in Agricultural Science and worked for McCain Potatoes as an agronomist. Lizzie has also gained the Level 6 Award in Residential and Property Management (Scotland) as required to act as a Letting Agent.

Kate joined the firm in 2011 whilst still at College. She ably supports the Accounts team with many of our managed Estate clients. She has an HNC in Accounting. When Kate is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and is also an accomplished baker.

Ashleigh joined Peter Graham & Associates on a part time basis after doing her work experience in 2015 whilst studying HNC Business Management at Moray College. She then went on to do a HR & Marketing course at North East Scotland College in Aberdeen. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.

Julie Hill

Based in: Elgin

Julie joined Peter Graham & Associates in 2019. She has an HNC in Accounting. She works mainly on Altyre Estate. She also processes the payroll service for the business’s other clients. Outside of work Julie enjoys spending time with friends and family and beach walks with her dog.

Rhyannon Dixon

Administration Assistant

Based in: Elgin

In June 2024, Rhyannon joined Peter Graham and Associates as the Administration Assistant. Rhyannon has completed a Modern Apprenticeship as a Bond Administrator, for a logistics firm and completed an SVQ level 3 in Business and Administration during this time. Before a relocation to Morayshire in 2022, she worked for NHS Forth Valley in a mixed clinical and clerical role. In her spare time, Rhyannon enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.
